Our
children are being transitioned into family units where they have a loving
"mother" and "father" and a place to call home as opposed
to an institutionalized or large children's home setting. Married couples
among our Romanian staff are creating "families", along with their
own biological children, where the children receive love, care and affection
that impact's the child's whole development.
